Members of the Dallas Echelon gathered for the second annual 30M Gala at the Ritz-Carlton, Dallas in support of The Salvation Army. The event, which celebrates the vast work of The Salvation Army serving 30 million people in the U.S. annually, called upon the support of well known locals and honorary chairs Laura Bush, Jenna Bush Hager, Barbara Bush, Gene Jones and National Advisory Board Chairperson, Charlotte Jones Anderson.

Branded the National Young Adult Auxiliary of The Salvation Army, Echelon was founded in 2010 as an effort to mobilize the next generation of Salvation Army volunteers by engaging diverse young adults to collectively rise up to serve The Salvation Army through fellowship and networking, donations and fundraising, and service and volunteering. Echelon has been a large project of the National Young Adult Initiative of The Salvation Army, and since its founding, has grown membership to approximately 500 young adults.

Echelon will soon be expanding to include young professional groups in Phoenix, San Diego and Los Angeles, where the ground work is currently being set for launches in those cities within the next few months.
